*wear a vest if you have it

*scaling options (sub ring rows/banded pullups, knee pushups, scale down reps, do it with a partner...both run miles together, break up other work however)

V1: 5 rounds: 20/40/60

V2: 10 rounds: 10/20/30

V3: 20 rounds: 5/10/15
