Weightlifting: every 1:30 x 7 rounds 

squat clean double (start at 60% 1rm and add each round)

Conditioning: 16 EMOM

1 - 16 db snatches 50/35# alt r/l every rep

2 - 35 double unders c-ub scaled-100 singles

3 - 15 goblet squats 53/35#

4 - :20 hollow hold, roll into :20 arch hold
