E - 12/9 calorie bike

O - rope climbs c-3 rx-2 (scaled 10-15 ring rows)

3) 10 EMOM

E - HSPUS c-15 rx-10 (sub :30 hs hold or 3 wall walks)

O - DB snatch 50/35# c-14 rx-10

*5:00 rest between workouts
